一、参考行程  

第一天：兰州接团，自由活动。下午乘火车赴拉萨宿：火车上  K917(16:45-22:30)

Day01:We meet you in Lanzhou,you can do some city tour, then in the afternoon 16:45,take the train(hard sleeper)K917 to Lhasa. 

第二天: 列车进入青藏高原，沿途欣赏到令人叫绝的青藏高原雪域风光，看到雄伟、博大昆雄姿和冰川甘露昆仑神泉，欣赏可可西里独特野生动植物资源和圈养的藏羚羊，银装素裹的昆仑玉虚峰和玉珠峰会带给您无尽的遐想。晚抵拉萨入住酒店休息,做适应性调整 宿：拉   萨 

Day02: On the train trip,you can taste the wonderful landview,the snow mountian of the

Pleateu of Qin and Tibetean,in the evening 22:30 you will arrive at Lhasa.   Lhasa

第三天：上午游览世界上海拔最高的古代宫堡式建筑群—布达拉宫。公元七世纪中叶，藏王松藏干布迁都拉萨并建宫殿于红山之上。下午游览位于拉萨旧城中心、藏传佛教信徒心中的圣地—大昭寺。寺庙金顶处是观赏布拉宫远景的最佳位置之一。随后到八角街手工艺品市场自由购物，在这里，可购买到各式具有浓郁的民族特色的手式制品，感受西藏的人文风土。傍晚，在拉萨河畔拍摄夕阳余辉下的布达拉宫。宿：拉   萨

Day03: After breakfast, visit the wonders of the eastern architecture and the

landmark of Tibet - Potala Palace and some treasures in the Palace.After lunch ,we will visit the best preseved architecture Jokhang Temple and the Sakamuni Murals in this temple.after all of this,you can walking on the local street and enjoy the tibetean local  architecture and shopping by yourselves.                   Lhasa

第四天：上午驱车前往位于藏北草原之白雪皑皑、群山怀抱中的羊八井地热景区。世界上海拔最高的公路—青藏公路将在你身下，远眺横亘千里、雄伟的念青唐古拉山山脉，一睹身披银铠、头戴冰冠的英武之神—念青唐古拉山主峰的雄姿。感受蓝天白云雪峰下藏北草原苍茫辽阔的自然风光。在雪山环绕之中自费沐浴温泉，解除旅途疲乏（请自备泳衣）然后返回拉萨。宿: 拉  萨 

Day04:After breakfast drive to Yang Pacen warm spring,which is 120KM from Lhasa,having a warm bath and having a swim there,then drive back. Lhasa

第五天：拉萨乘车前往西藏三大圣湖之一的羊卓雍湖，翻越冈巴拉山，在山顶远观羊卓雍湖沿，途参观江孜县城，远观白居寺，晚抵达拉萨后藏重镇—日喀则。  宿：日喀则

Day05: After breakfast, drive to visit one of the three greatest holy lakes –

Yamdrok Lake. Then continue to the ancient town - Gyantse and visit

Palcho Monastery,which was built in 15th century.then drive to Shigatse.  Shigatse

 第六天：早参观历代班禅的驻锡之地—扎什伦布寺，里面供奉有世界上最大的镀金铜佛，神圣而庄严的殿宇，经雅鲁藏布江峡谷，后返回拉萨  宿：拉  萨 

Day06:After breakfast, visit the largest and principal monastery of Tsang

Province Tashilunpo Monastery. This ancient building was founded in 1447. There is a 26 meters high with more than 300kg of gold coating image of Maitreya – the future Buddha seating inside the Chapel of Maitreya. Also, you can visit the Palace of the Panchen Lamas. In the afternoon back to Lhasa .                              Lhasa

第七天：早餐后乘火车返兰州,K918(9:32-15:45) 欣赏沿途风光   宿:火车上

Day07: After breakfast,take the train K918(hard sleeper)09:32 to Lanzhou    train

第八天：中午抵兰州，结束愉快旅行。

Day08:In the afternoon 15:45 arrive at Lanzhou

1、西藏气候日照强烈、紫外线比较强，请备太阳帽，太阳镜和特级防晒油以作外出护肤之用。昼夜温差大，请游客根据自身情况，带足御寒衣物，  

2、拉萨海拔比较高，可能会有不同程度的高原反应，游客可能有轻微头昏、头痛或食欲减退等症状，要多饮水，注意休息，行动不要过急。活动时请根据身体状况，建议最好不要抽烟、饮酒；准备一些葡萄糖（冲水）等增强体力，另请准备百服宁、晕车药、必理痛、保济丸、等药品，有严重高血压、心脏病的客人不宜去西藏旅游。 

3、用餐提示：受旅游地自然条件限制，景点沿途餐厅的条件与内陆旅游发达地区相比较，饭菜的口味和质量教差，且北方大部分地区口味偏重，喜辛辣；如去比较偏僻的地方，餐可能会在路上用，望客人能够理解。西景点之间车程较长，请游客在旅游期间注意休息，以确保有充足的体力参观旅游活动。
